Pardon the large size, it was necessary to keep the content legible.

Hint: Table of Contents page actually works.

Update: Fixed up the loader a bit more.

Is there an official Deviant art font, or is it just made for the logo itself?

Not exactly. We're using Klavika as our font, but we may be doing some big shifting of style in the near future, which means a new font.

The book is actually not for sale. It's a marketing book, and we hand it out to people we want to talk about dA with.

Pretty good. Kept simple - with a good set of fonts and images to draw the attention of readers, it is quite a good marketing strategy! :)
Showing off some of the work doubles that effect.

I'm absolutely in love with the typography and design of this.

Some of the text seems to get a little blurry on the right side, though.

A side-effect of dropping jpgs into Flash. Even without compression, they end up a tiny bit fuzzy.

How odd that Adobe didn't consider that when releasing Flash. I mean, if it weren't for that little thing, I think it'd be even more amazing than it is now!

Yeah, and I even know the positioning tricks to keep elements crisp, but lettering in jpgs always gets slightly fuzzy no matter what.
