Uhhh, it's nice but if this is pixel art is has way too many colours. And a drop shadow.

No, according to the Vexel description it's supposed to be a combination of vector and rastor imagery intended to have a vector-like, posterized look. This isn't that.

It indeed has many colors on it, more importantly, they are used in a way the pixel-art "feel" isn't present that much; but I think it qualifies as pixel-art.

Yeah there really isn't a good place that I could find for this. Pixel art seemed to be the closest thing.
