Sage Community Group is a community-planning company that builds lovely and relaxing properties. Mostly they do living communities, but they also branch out to business centers and the like.
They wanted something that felt ethereal and tranquil, to reflect the beautiful landscapes of their communities. But, they also wanted something highly functional and a bit conservative. The result is a simple but comprehensive flash-based website that was built entirely upon the backbone of a CMS. The client can literally change everything in their website.

I would not have opted for flash (something like this should not be done in flash to begin with in my humble opinion). It's a really lovely design, pity it breaks on older versions of flash...
