Jeunes Talents Packaging

Jeunes Talents is a project in which 9 Southern California Fine Art students were brought over to France for 15 days, in which they experienced all that the country had to offer in some of the most artistically-rich regions (Brittany, Alsace, Provence).

These artists documented their trip through photographs, drawings, paintings, notes, and ephemera collected from various places (including receipts and tickets). We have taken all of this material and distilled it into an interesting package.

There is the box, which we custom-designed (mostly Traci's doing) to have the young and somewhat urban feel necessary for the project. The box opens up to reveal a stack of objects:
1 Tour Book, which documents the entire trip through imagery.
1 Project Book, containing information about the artists, the regions visited, the donors, and the program.
18 Art Pieces, printed using high-quality offset printing. There are 2 works from each artist, and they are all inspired by the trip.
